Cable-Hanson update

It’s on. Napa County District Attorney Gary Lieberstein is saying that his office will send out a press release after 2-3 p.m. today explaining their “filing decision” in the Tom Cable – Randy Hanson investigation. Check here this afternoon for another update.

JaMarcus’ problems

OK, maybe JaMarcus has settled down. After an abysmal first quarter, Raiders quarterback JaMarcus Russell had a nearly perfect second quarter. He would have been 8 of 8 for 85 yards in the second frame, had Zach Miller’s 29-yard catch on the sidelines not been overturned on replay.
